★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive side: Fantastic society to stay with your family, being located strategically close to high way with everything around from shops, market, school, colleges, IT Park. Trail walk to the Baner-Pashan hills, Pashan lake on 5mins distance...
Negative side: Shity management, with people wanting to fill there pockets & there name on the committee board for over a decade now, with over 10+ years could not understand how to maintain the society.
I'll maintained clubhouse because of which kids are forced to play in the common space damaging the cars...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good society for tenants... no clubhouse facility only for tenants... Divided into two groups Row houses vs Apartments... Row houses guys are not involved and welcomed in common activities e.g. Ganesh festival. Security guards frequently asks for tips fir any damm reason.
On positive site, not much of water problem if it rained sufficient in the season. Nobody pokes into others matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society, good garden area, properly parking structure, good environment, clean area, play house available, swami samarth temple are there and in proper maintenance, high security, maintening trees, good environment for child and old citizens, secure area for ladies, all health and fire equipment available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good socity but there security guards are worst 1 person all the time sleep and if you as 3rd party person such as delivery executive they will not allow your entry with vahicle but they behave very badly as i have multiple time entered for delivery of product
