My search for authentic YOGA center ended when i stepped in this YOGA ABHYASA CENTER at Sadanandanagar. Ms Chitra is my GURU an excellent Instructor who have well knowledge about yoga. I would like to share my ongoing yoga experience as a student.I started doing yoga , not as a hobby but to correct my weak back and to fix my anxiety issue. I still remember walking into my first class with absolutely no knowledge of yoga, but I was welcomed with warm cute & sympathetic Smile by our GURU. She asked me about my medical history and altered the asanas to suit me. Since then Im regular to class. experiencing lot of improvements in my health, Just love this place.

It is almost a year since I joined with Yoga Abhyasa Center. I really wonder how the time has passed by!! I feel so happy by noticing the positive developments in me since my joining. I am very excited to share that I have become more flexible and feel less stressful after doing Yoga. I have also noticed there is good control over my thyroid - as evident from my lab reports. I give all credit for my developments to Chitra Mam - who has been very patient and empathetic in teaching us various asanas. She ensures we don't get bored with same asanas, therefore she introduces variations in postures while ensuring that we are comfortable doing the new asanas. She do relax the postures considering our health condition and our ability to do the asanas!! Another remarkable thing to have such a Guru is that she is very sincere and keeps motivating us. Even during this unprecedented time of COVID-19 she has figured out the way to continue the class by having online classes. I take this opportunity to thank her for all the effort and commitment she puts on our yoga abhyasa! Thank you Mam!

It's been a year since I joined Yoga Abhyasa Center, writing with lot of gratitude, this has been my best decision of my life, I am very grateful to Ms.Chitra my yoga instructor for providing me an excellent training, she is extremely humble and down to earth, and a real GURU. YAC is most authentic yoga centre. I honestly came here as a very beginner with an issue of anxiety due to work pressure and having medication, also due to spending more time sitting on desk my posture become bad, with Chitra's unique methods and techniques of yoga motivated me to put positive energy and become better in a matter of time, also corrected my posture...i have built my strength and become way more flexible and balanced. Now I am completly out of medication. I can feel tremendous changes in me in a year. Her vision of yoga is beautiful. I have learned from her more of spiritual side of yoga also, she doesn't push more her pracrioners but supports and guides. In Such an epidemic condition of COVID-19 she motivate us by taking online classes teaching everyday immunity building asanas and pranayamas which helps to get rid of panic situation of novel corona virus. One more best part she makes us to do our own Sadhana on holding our beloved Asana posture for few minutes which improves our confidence level which I like the most. I take this opportunity to thank my Guru for sharing her knowledge. Highly recommend this Shala for every yogis.

Chitra has been dedicated and sincere in conducting the classes. The classes are planned well. The focus is on long term health and progressing in Asanas practice. My association with YAC began much before the COVID season, with classes at the center, now Chitra Ma’am’s online classes are just as perfect as her in-person guidance! Her attention to detail while explaining the postures is simply amazing. One feels totally relaxed after each session. She is very dedicated, patient and gives tips and the time to slowly get into each pose. On Mondays, the focus is more on meditation that fills me energy and positive vibes all through the day. I have benefitted physically and mentally with YAC’s yoga lessons. Keep up the great work that you are doing , Ma’am, and thank you so much!

I joined YAC few months back and has been seeing a number of positive changes in my physical fitness in a gradual manner. Before joining, I was suffering from few physical problems. The yoga classes are helping me to overcome the limitations and giving me a sense of hope. Thanks to Chitra Ma'am who takes personal care while teaching. She is conscious of ability/limitations of different practitioners and accordingly suggest the asanas.
