Very good experience at Yoga Dhama, teachers specially Siddu sir and kunal sir helped me step by step to get better with every yoga asana. Equal importance is given to pranayama covering both physical and mental aspects of fitness.

It's been just a month that I've been practicing yoga @Yoga Dhama and able to notice visible effects myself especially w.r.t sleeping disorder. As I had L4 L5 back pain issues I was recommended for Junior Yoga batch and I must say, the trainer(Madhavi) is very keen and always paid individual attention to avoid stressing on my back. I m glad to to find such an well equipped center nearer. Honestly, was surprised to see the tools/equipment for Yoga classes. No need to carry even Yoga mats, just walk-in with free hands. I highly recommend this center ? ?

If you are either a yoga enthusiast or an early beginner, you are coming to the right place. Yoga Dhama has benefitted me in many ways from calming my mind to bringing a glow on my face. My body has become very flexible. The yoga routine is simple yet effective. The yoga gurus are very patient and let your body calm itself rather than forcing the body to come into a certain asana. Every session is very relaxing. I highly recommend it.

"Hats off and Hands down to Yoga Dhama" Yoga Gurus Mr. Siddu and Mr. Kunal are dedicated and have expert knowledge about yoga, they are very friendly and gentle professionals, they communicate both in Kannada & English and make us feel very comfortable and take active part in the sessions. They give attention to detail and walk through the whole practice and bring peace to the practice, they have knowledge of body movements, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility and as well as help the yoga enthusiasts to correct & improve techniques. They conduct variety of classes with mix of strength, flow, deep breathing and relaxation that are perfect for any level of experience. I have been learning and practicing yoga at Yoga Dhama for more than four years. I started as beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses, but Yoga Gurus were very helpful, they went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I felt very relaxed during and after our sessions. I observed noticeable improvements in my body and mind. Yoga sessions allowed me to relax, feel stronger, more in-tuned with my body, mind and sense of calm. Like Mr. Siddu Sir has mentioned, it releases endorphins that relieve stress, throw out toxins, condition your body and boost your immune system I absolutely encourage you to join Yoga Dhama. Highly recommend yogadhama for people who want to start with Yoga and have been hesitant. Personally for me it has been a fulfilling experience so far and I have developed the pull to go for sessions everyday. The instructors here have wealth of experience in training Yoga and they make it easy for the newbies.

The best place to get our health improved. The way the teachers teach is really very very helpful. The different combinations of aasanas which sir makes us do will help us to over come the stress. Overall it's the best place to learn yoga and keep ourselves fit and fine.?
