★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant became famous by it's name... through word of mouth we came here...as soon as u enter the restaurant you'll feel that the roof is about to fall on your head...it feels that we r trapped somewhere... However we still got a seat and the first thing that was ordered was 'sweet corn soup' but only it was very sour..too much black salt.
Poor ambience....greater options in this area....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a vegetarian I thought of celebrating my mother's birthday over here. Earlier I had fond memories of "Fly kouzina" and expected it to be better than that but to my greatest dismay the quality of service was shabby,food was not at all worth the money. Most importantly the Italian dishes were pathetic. The evening was all spoiled courtesy Zaairah. There's a saying in Hindi, "Ucha dukaan,feeka pakwan" and that perfectly fits in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food. I went there with my parents and we are still in awe of the food. We ordered Risotto Primavera, Baked Lasagne Spinach Verde, Chilly Paneer, Virgin Mojito, Blue Glacier, all of which were delicious. The quantity/portion was also great according to the prices. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant.
It has 2 floor seating, the lower one is family friendly and the upper one has hookah options more suitable for youngsters.
Staff, music, interiors was also good.
All in all a good experience. Although they can definitely work on one thing that is the uncomfortable sofa seating area on the left section of the upper floor. It's a bit uncomfortable as the table height is very high as compared to the sofa seats so seating was a bit off.
Pro tip : Do book your tables in advance if you are planning to visit on Sunday as there is long waiting queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that one may like of the place is near emptiness/ low footfall, as a result one may have his/ her meal in peace but then they failed, they failed miserably on taste. Urgently required to do a know how course on preparation and over and above, they are over priced/ costlier compared to their peers in the arena/ Salt lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having high expectations from this restaurant as have heard that it's a AUTHENTIC FINE DINING. But would summarize my experience here
Pros : Nice Ambience, Quick Service, Tasty Food.
Cons : Dirty and Damaged Cutlery. We were served soup in bowls which were already cramped and damaged.
Too spicy food. Even after repeated request were served food which was too spicy for kids to eat.
Thus, not at all impressed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place I visited recently. The food balance is perfect. Just opposite to city centre 1. A vegetarian restaurant with a great taste what else do you need. From the price side, it's a bit pricey but the taste makes it worth. Ambience is decent too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Zaairah, in my roommate's treat.
First of all, we were searching for good vegetarian food as one of our friends is vegetarian and Zairaah just fit it so perfectly. We had no idea how the food would turn out to be, but it really met all expectations.
Dining is available on two floors. The upper floor has availability of hookah.
Ambience 4/5. Great ambience and music. The curtains, lights everything fit so aesthetically.
Staff service 5/5. Very smooth and good service. Well behaved staffs, who are helpful and indulges enough to make your moments easier and happier
Now coming to the food. We ordered-
Virgin mohito
Chilly babycorn
Paneer lababdar
Masala Kulcha
Brownie with ice cream.
The paneer was bit normal-ish in taste. Rest, all tasted great 5/5
Brownie was just amazing.
Though I am a crazy fan of non-veg food, but Zaairah made me so happy and content ?
Recommending to try this place for good vegetarian food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaairah brings in a multi-cuisine fine-dining option for all the Vegetarians in this City of Joy.
They serve exuberant Italian, Mexican dishes and of course North Indian!
You can listen to live music in the evening. Courteous staff, prompt service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. The ambience is modern and you will definitely catch an eye. They have an active lounge area as well on the first floor.
The service is lightning quick cause I visited on one of the most busy days in Kolkata, Vijaya Dashami! And still they were managing things well. Due to the rush, some menu items weren't available which caused a little hurt to this review. Anyways, you are sure to get a good food experience here.
