★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to the Store, was so confused between ZARA sizes sizes of denims here are so complicated ! And they N number of different denim fits. And for every fit you'll need different size. I was so fed up ! But there was a guy ROHIT, he helped me very well, he provided me such good knowledge about different fits, different styles . And he was so humble & sweet while talking.I must say ZARA is keeping such a talented employees there ! So thankful to him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff/management is not supportive. In today's digital era, they force clients to keep physical bills intact for refund/return. Additionally, except few products, collection is much hyped than how it exactly look, fitting, etc. disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crumpled clothing on display and being sold. No agents around to assist and dont even get me started on the billing. It took me about 30 minutes to choose what I wanted to buy and another 30 minutes just to pay for it!! Two agents behind the billing counter, one was extremely confused asking for help every two minutes. There was a lady in causals standing behind the counter, dont know if she was the manager and then another lady who came and stood with her, not bothered that the customers are inconvenienced. I was seriously contemplating if I should just leave the store. Please improve the customer experience at Zara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to shop with a good variety. Spread across 2 floors with billing counters on both floors, however all the billing counters were closed on the top floor. Out of the billing counters on the ground floor only one counter was functional leaving people waiting in queue with no social distancing. Not expected from a brand like ZARA.
