I have my own experience in this gym, I took personal training from Mr. Praveen Shilton (trainer) and he made me loose 12 kilos in 1st month itself. I personally recommend to join this gym if you really want to be fitness freek.

Very good Facilities and lot of options to work out and good training by Praveen Sir.. I gained a good weight and Muscle strength in just 3 months by his general training.
Good space to workout for cardio and activity area like floor exercise.
