Technical Call on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their internet services for a year. Once i have got it disconnected. They are not taking away the antenna installed on the roof and neither refunding the Security money. I have contacted them several times but no replies. I do not know how the company like this survives in today's world. Also, they had internet issues almost every week.
I would not suggest Ziptel to anyone. I wanted to give 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't know how to deal with customers. They don't have stable internet. Daily problem in network or wire. Only bothering the customer. They will not refund all the money if you are suffering from internet. if you want get refund money. then He said that the installation fee would be deducted.
And they don't provide speed, only they pretend to be a technical problem at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service. Internet speed never crossed 5 mbps ( they claimed above 50 mbps ). Initial charges were also high compared to other internet services and they told that router and cable prices were included. But when we discontinued with their services they started asking to return router and other accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy there plan or connection , first of all they take a good amount of charge in name of Installation, modem ,security so that customer will not leave them after that they only wait for the next bill amount , i had a huge loss only because of internet is not working. They only say one thing ki "fiber cut ho gya we are working on it".
