One of the best service providers in Delhi/NCR region much better than OLA & Uber as their drivers don't cancel the trip themselves. Rates are definitely competitive, drivers are nice, they are never late & taxis are safe. What else can you ask for, I have recommended their services to many friends and all of them were highly satisfied.

Also, the owner of zit assisted in collecting pass and provided all the necessary information proactively. Overall, we are very much satisfied by Zit services and highly recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pethetic services. We asked for 7 seater and we got 6 seater. Picked up from home and left us after 30 kms on road. I was with my 2 kids, younger one is 3 years old. We asked to atleast drop us at home but denied. No humanity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given an option, I would have rated them negative stars. Seems they want to earn either by hook or crook. Even after reminding the requirement many times, car provided was not as per requirement. When we seated, we got to know it is 6 seater instead of 7 seater. I raised it while at my home, manager Tarun replied that he will get the issue sorted at their office which is 30 kms away but when we reached there, no solution was provided and since there was no other car available with them hence they dropped whole family (my wife and 2 daughters ageing 3 yr and 9 yr)on road leaving on the mercy of Ola.
They were not even ashamed of this wrong commitment and did not even think twice before leaving us on road instead of atleast dropping us back at home saying 'we can't help'.
Mr Tarun and all management - wrong commitments may earn you in short term but believe me you are just playing with your goodwill for few bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good for family trip. Not reliable. We were late and our trip started with very bad mood as well as all planning went in vain, just because car commited was not provided which came as surprise and we have to arrange another car from another traveller.
