★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good service but this garage is too dark n precarious. U just cant get a proper vdo of vehicle b4 starting ur trip. N cars are limited to 80kmph so no point in choosing a car with an amazing engine output.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Zoom Car Calcutta. We booked a car for the very first time that was deliverable 13 kms away from our originally selected pickup point. The staff showed no mercy in trying to negotiate and make provisions to deliver it at home although we stay in the heart of the city. And when we requested to refund, they agreed to refund only 50%; we suffered a ₹900 loss. They showed no remorse in trying to help. We tried bargaining by requesting them to drop it at a close point even if not for home. But they just did not care. We have a 70-year-old senior; it is Durga Puja time in Calcutta when commuting is difficult.
Zoom Car seems to be running a money laundering racket. Very bad experience, and I will never recommend this service to anyone. I’d rather pay ₹1000 extra and take an Uber or Ola in peace. No thank you at all.

We had booked a car about a month ago and on the day of the pick up zoom car mentioned that car is unavailable. Being Puja time in Calcutta we had booked well in advance to avoid any issues later. However zoom car is so unprofessional that they did not even have the courtesy to provide us any option of other available cars and cancelled at the last second. This was such an inconvenience, the least they could have done is given us 24 hour prior heads up. Would definitely not recommend for very important occasions??????
