β β β β β Got Brugman from here, delivery was quite smooth and also all accessories promised was delivered. But very lazy in terms of completing numbers formality, nearly 3 weeks still no number shared and always lame excuse of number not available. Better to get from other agencies.

Staff was quite good and polite in behaviour and servicing was also quite good.

β β β β β I purchased my Suzuki Access 125 BS6 model with lowest cost here with compare to all other branches.
Regular reminder call for servicing, service in charge is little bit odd but I direct speak with showroom in charge, who became a friend of mine now. That good relationship he maintain.
Overall good experience. ??

β β β β β Worst Customer Service. Booked Servicing appointment with Pickup and drop facility however no one responded to the same. Called at least 20 times for follow-ups and they are just saying that send us your location and we will pickup your bike. However no one came to pick up and now they are not responding to the phone calls as well. Go to some Professional Showroom instead of Ace Kudale. Pathetic Service!!
