It has a well-equipped clubhouse that has 7 badminton courts, an indoor swimming pool, 2 squash courts, table tennis, carrom, billiards, a gym, an aerobics room, library, indoor children’s play area, massage and spa room as well as 2 tennis courts. Along with this there are 3 more swimming pools and party halls. The only lack is of outdoor play areas and free space.

The villas are spread over a vast area, whereas the apartments are in a dense manner in high rise towers. The apartments enjoy a variety of amenities ranging from club house to swimming pools and sprawling lawns. The main approach to APR is via the common entry gate for APR and RMZ Ecoworld, situated at the SRR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice property recently my brother taken flat in this property, it was a awesome place and more secure for all even though when we are movein security has shown the flat with escort and Mr.Soma cleared our doubts very patiently and security officer Mr.Srinivas has guided for parking vehicle very respectable manner and well trained by PM later i asked the security guard who is incharge of security then he said Mr.Bittu , you people are having such a nice team i had not seen but i have to say thanks to all team go ahead like this and achive your goals.
