★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in very good place, every thing is under safety, children play area is also available,walking, running place is also available,it is easy to find every towers and blocks,Gide lines are available,over all it is a good location to stay.

It has a well-equipped clubhouse that has 7 badminton courts, an indoor swimming pool, 2 squash courts, table tennis, carrom, billiards, a gym, an aerobics room, library, indoor children’s play area, massage and spa room as well as 2 tennis courts. Along with this there are 3 more swimming pools and party halls. The only lack is of outdoor play areas and free space.

Don't want to pay brokerage.
Looking for a family of 2+1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome apartment complex. This is a city within itself. I had visited a friend's place along with family and friends. Lovely atmosphere in here. Parking lot is huge and entire parking is in the basement. Ground floor is only for pedestrians and cyclists. The complex is pretty huge with multiple towers and 1000+ apartment units. The club house has every sport that you can think of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a concrete jungle with buildings surrounding you on all sides. If you have high enough floor like 10, then you have good ventilation. It's proximity to multiple office spaces is its key point as travel in Bengaluru for daily work is a challenge. Good support services and enough amenities to justify is price points be it rent or buy. I have free friends living in the society and positive feedback through and through.
