★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred my account early this year. But every time, even after the cash memo is generated a week before, they don't deliver the cylinder until and unless you call them up. Each and every time I have had to call them. Don't know whether they do it intentionally or they find it difficult to deliver to Newtown. If that is the case, they should have rejected my application of transfer of account in the beginning itself citing distance issue.
Edit: Last time after calling up they promised to deliver it the next day. This time they have promised to deliver it in 3 days (even though my cash memo had been generated on 24.10.2017 and as per the Indane IVR records, they have cleared up to 27.10.2017).
