★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious gym but less trainers are there. The trainers present at the gym mostly help the previous known people (especially girls). Rest all the things are good including equipments. So in this gym you will need mostly youtube tutorials to get trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite spacious gym with two separate floors for strength training and cardio. You can go to the gym to use the equipment as no trainer is interested in getting you trained or even if you're doing something wrong (they will just ignore and pass by). The fee is quite competitive and they might negotiate if you're looking for a 12-month membership plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is located in Palam Vihar. I have read many reviews about this gym and would like to clarify some of the points.
Yes that's true that like many other gyms when you will visit this place for admission there would be plenty of promises done. Yes that's even true that not all of them would be fulfilled. So let me make the pros and cons list.
Pros:-
1) This is really a spacious gym.
2) Machines are new and in good condition.
3) A unisex gym in decent budget.
Cons:-
1) Lack of trainers
2) Less coordination between trainers.
Some special note:- People have written about local crowd. So I believe that no matter wherever you go you'll always find more of local crowd and less of outsiders. That's pretty normal. Everyone will be busy doing their own part of training. It's been a month since I started there and never found any problem with any one even though I'm a non local resident. So I don't think there should be any fuss about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so sad to get this kind of treatment from a reputed gymnasium.
The staff and the management has no hierarchy or respect for client's need. I personally with 2 other enrolled for the quarterly member ship just before the lockdown with front office staff ensuring me with specific terms and conditions of situation in future. Now there is no communication from their side instead the way they are exchanging words is ridiculous.

Zero for staff assistance
Minus 5 for client's queries.
Make sure you're enrolling with the gym with proper word of exchange. ??
