★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using airtel sim from last 10 years but i was lost my mobile in jan 2018.so i was visited airtel store (virar) for New sim cardwith same my previous airtel number.I really appreciate to MS.GUNJAN CHAUHAN for given me same number within few days without any trouble .....she was also guide me aabout New airtel 649 plan.....& now really i am happy with this plan...Thanks to Gunjan for your great job ...keep it up....& also thanks ffor Airtel service????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are cheaters. They will do sweet talk while taking new business. Once you subscribe they will not bother to spend 5 min for your service. All they focus is on new business. Existing customer service is not at all given priority. They will not bother to pick your phone. Also port in to Airtel is free. These guys are asking Rs 100 as sim charges. Upon asking bill they say there is offer and no need to pay the amount. Utterly non professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst Airtel gallery. We have a platinum family postpaid account with them and recently my SIM stopped working. When I went to get the replacement SIM, I was told that my wife (main number for the family account) would have to bring her adhaar to the store. When I told them that we have a month 2 baby home and it would be very difficult for my wife to reach here initially they said no chance. On escalating and speaking with the store manager, he advised me to drop an email for home delivery of the replacement SIM and assured that the SIM would be delivered within 24 hours.
So, we dropped him the required email. It's been 1.5 days now, neither received a reply on my email nor did I get a replacement SIM so far. So in total it's been 3 days & I have no network coverage at all. All this after being a loyal Airtel platinum customers for years. Thanks to the pathetic service of this gallery, specially the owner/manager I am now going to port all my numbers to some other network.
