_Communication and behaviour is not in proper manners
_ Not able to use local language (मराठी भाषा) for communication. They are only speak in hindi or english.
_ need to adopt local language for solve rural issues.
_ Safety norms not followed properly by staff also.(not wearing mask while communication with peoples, sanitizer bottle is not in usable condition.
_ no housekeeping, no provision for drinking water.

I felt as if I am getting a punishment to using Airtel connection.

I went there to make an eSIM request as my email was not registered with my number she directly told me to switch to postpaid plan as it was the only option left according to her.
But I refused to take her advice and came back home and after doing a bit of research I found out that it was a 1 minute progress to just call the customer care number and tell them to update your email ID. So I followed the advice which I found on Google and did the same and now my email ID is registered and I also will get an eSIM without switching to postpaid . Not only did the employee at the Gallery lied to me but also misguided me . And I'm very upset about it . I request the company to instruct their employees to stop misguiding the customers and give them the solutions that they actually need. This kind of service is not acceptable at all. I'm highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't Visit at the store or they will directly say you to take postpaid this is the only option. My sim card was Damaged just a day ago I visit with the documents they are saying the only option now is to take postpaid, Don't even visit this store. Not only this there Customer Representatives are worst persons I have ever meeted. They are so much arrogant that what to say. It feels like she is an owner of Airtel company.
