★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new Airtel sim card from this store and I have been told that after one hour put a sim card in mobile and call on 59059 for verification and till evening your mobile number will be activated.
Accordingly, I verified my number within a hour but ever after 24 hours my number not activated then I approached to the Airtel store. Then I came to know that staff had forgotten to recharge my new number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Force customers to take postpaid plan. I have decided to take prepaid plan on my new SIM. So, they started behaving very unprofessionally. Mr. Jaineel Damania charged Rs. 150/- extra for normal recharge saying that it is charged for KYC. But airtel customer care confirmed me that they don't take any charges for KYC.

My internet was not working I told him to recharge my number i.e. Plan ₹ 129 for 24 days he told me there is offer for your number is to recharge for ₹ 199 valid for 35 days, when you will recharge for 199 first you will 24 days validity after 2 days you 11 days validity More till today I didn't get any extra validity, I told him to recharge my number for ₹ 129 only, Then also he recharged my number ₹ 199 for making his commission.
