★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I went to replace my old 3G sim with new 4G sim but they were refusing me to provide prepaid sim even after 3-4 visits. As per them only postpaid sim is available. I observed that they were doing the same with others. And after such poor service they rated themselves 9 from my cell phone without my knowledge.?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely fleecing behavior, no regards towards customers wants and will try to force you to buy recharge of their denomination often on the ransom of keeping your phone number disabled.
Very bitter experience, will suggest you to visit another store nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had visited this place to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel prepaid however the staff here is so annoying that they try to trap into ponzy schemes that can't port from prepaid to prepaid and have to first port into postpaid. On saying that I don't want to opt for postpaid and would like to risk to prepaid they later said that they don't have sim available and told me try to come on Monday. Anyway I am going to mail the same to regional nodal officer let's see how capable and professional people have Airtel hired on above level
