The security is compromised at the cost of design as mostly glass windows are used at all places at ground floor as well as on rooms on top floor. The boundaries between the next villa hardly secure as one can easily cross over it. Almost 47 kms from sector 24 Noida, quite far. Does not look like anyone has shifted till date. Amenities / clubs are not yet built.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Studio Apartment in 2016 Feb and I went back to see the property in Jan 2019 the Tower-A was fully constructed just Paint was pending at that time. I Asked the Sales team in July 2020 when this tower was going to be delivered and he told me around 6-8 months. Now a few days before I asked another Person he told me 18 months approx. Not Sure what they are doing. Really disappointing.
