This can be gauzed by they have to have over high rise building flats in 2018 but till now nothing happened. They are running short of funds that's why most of the project either delayed or shelved. The new cheating by this builder they take your property by citing RERA whereas when there was delays from them they never accepted. This shows there intentions to cheat people. Decide wisely before investing your hard earned money with this company of cheats
