★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never...ever buy a property of Nimbus Group. It's been more then 5 years and still they are saying to wait 1-2 more years. I have purchased a flat in IITL Nimbus Express Park View-II but still no idea when they are going to give possession. Don't make yourself a fool. Avoid this builder.

Location is good, adjacent to Yamuna expressway
2 kilometers from metro station
4-5 universities are also near by in 3 kilometers radius
Project has most of the amenities like club, swimming pool, park etc
Cons.
Nearest market is around 3 kilometers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively clean and secure society in vicinity. You must have to have a vehicle to traverse nearby, as it is kind of isolated. Nearby market is chuharpur or nearest mall at least 5 kms. Socity does not have any means of amusement like gym or swimming pool at present. Quite and good for persons working in NIIT.
