Do not book any flat or plot in any project of this group because this builder won’t be able to deliver any project in next 10 years due to financial crisis . I booked flat 7 years ago in greenbay golf homes and this builder has not started that project yet and also not returning money.

If you compare it with other neighbouring societies you will find that it has a location advantage compared to other nearby societies. Rest we will leave it to your wisdom ?
