★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very dissatisfied with the service provided.. We took Hilton package and In one week stay in Mecca they almost made us to change 4 rooms. Infact in one of the room there are so many bed bugs. Food Quality was not good. Promised to give direct flight but we end up travelling in bus to Jiddha and then connecting flight to Behrain and then to Bangalore (Overall 24-26 hours of journey) as we travelled with aged people we had so much difficulty. Lot of cost cutting in every facility. During ziyarath in Madina they didn't take us to Quran Press nor to Dates Factory when asked they said "NOT IN PACKAGE". Some people may get only one chance to visit our holy place kindly do not disappoint them..

We booked for Haj 2020 and paid the full amount for 2 passengers before March 2020, due to covid it didn't happened.
But Mr. Rafi and Mr. Ahmed are yet to return the money. Mr. Rafi says some or the other stories every single day. I have spent hours sitting in his office to get my money, yet to get the money.
He is a professional liar, beware of this travels. Instead, choose other travels.
All the reviews which have rating 5 are mostly done by his employees, friends and family members.
Suggestion to Mr. Rafi

If you do not want to be cursed, follow the path that Allah has told us to do and the sunnah. Stop lying and be good to your customers and your parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst travel agency in Bangalore, they promise something and deliver something else..
You buy the Holidays/tour package from them and they buy the same package for a cheaper price from other small travel agency.
We had purchased their package for 52k for J&K with all amenities including food, stay, cab, etc and then their I had to spend another 75k for everything they had promised.
I was promised atleast 3star hotel with dinner and breakfast but had to stay in Oyo rooms without food..
I can't list everything thing.. but from my experience do not do business with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and rude behaviour with women. Disgraceful trip. Please close this and start something else to make money. At least you won't earn the curses of the people who travel to Holy Places. Served rotten food. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good travel agency. We booked package for umrah in Ramzan for our family. But, due to delay in receipt of passport, unable to go in the month of Ramzan. But, these people helped my family to perform umrah in the month of Shawwal, when their all groups were checked out and for us only they arranged special services and hold the staff for another 14 days. We are seriously thankful to them for providing us great service and extra care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving full amount from haji they will show the real evil face , they demand more money in saudi ?? whatever facilities they promising in india, they say those are not included .. so you need to adjust with the situation or pay more ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap quality. they will not give the package what discussed in Bangalore. they put us in sharing room after clear discussion of private room in Bangalore.
and in Madina they promised for 3star hotel however they will check-in in a lodge kind if hotel where there is no room service and hot water facility at all
please be care full with this tour and travel team.
