★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful colony with lots of buildings well maintained. The surrounding is very neat and clean. Also, there is a park for children to play. Apart from a peaceful residential colony, this place is very safe. There are no incidents of theft or such things here and the guards are well cautious on their duty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are very good and well maintained. There is a big market in front of the place. Transportation will be easy if someone has own vehicle. It's 2km away from biswa bangla gate/Newtown bus stop. Security is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards behave very badly. I went to visit my friend there( who lives there in rent). I had luggage with me in my car. They didn't ask about those. They just asked about flat number. But while coming back after 2 hours, they made a huge issue about entering with luggage . While entering they noticed but didn't say anything but while returning they made such a big issue about gate pass n all... Moreover one of the guards(a younger one, don't know his name) was very mean and used slang words instead of his own fault. He also threatened my friend to beat him outside the complex.
The place is nice and calm. No complaint about the place.
But that kind of behaviour of security guards should not be tolerable. The security guards are not at all friendly , moreover ill mannered. People those are living in rent pay handsome amount of money. The owners should look into this matter.

A type having 04 no’s of 1 BHK Flat per floor total 16 flats per building. Btype having 08 no’s of 1 BHK Flat per floor total 32 flats per building. C type having 2 BHK Flat.
