★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cruise was good, serve biscuits and coffee and water bottle. Ac room, nice comfortable seating arrangement. Approaching road to cruise need attention. Not good. Parking and toilet facility should be there. Please keep ghat clean and should not allow stray dogs and cows. Facility should also for elderly people. Or those who can not go by stairs to cruise. As my parents couldn't go to cruise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked the morning slot. The crew members were really well behaved. The seats and the biotoilets were well sanitised. The decks were absolutely neat and clean. The experience of a tour through the colourful ghats of Varanasi by floating on the Ganges with the golden sunlight falling onto each ghat was really awesome! Although the rate is 900Rs per head, but it is preferable over boat riding as the boats are not clean. Also due to disconnection of the lights of the Ghats, it is preferable to book the morning slot instead of the evening slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience..especially the halt at Ganga Arti time. Very neat and clean cruise. You get 1 500ml water bottle as welcome, u can have maggie and coffee while cruising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cruise is an awesome and a wonderful place if you want to enjoy the divineness of GANGA. Very clean and the staff is also well mannered and the service is also appreciable. Overall, we had a good time at the ALAKNANDA CRUISELINE and hence given it five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is what it claims to be.. a calm cruise in the middle of the ganges with great review/ history of various ghats of varanasi.
The best thing was they roll over our tickets to the next day when we actually missed three cruise on the original day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there on onboard this cruise on 27-12-2021. A wow experience and was awesome. The cruise takes you on tour orientation through all the Ghats of Varanasi (Kasi). I would say that my former cruise experiences in River Seine, Thames, Rhine, Lucerne Lake, etc are nowhere near to this divine experience. Staying afloat The Holy Ganga is just more than awesome. This cruise stops for some minutes during Ganga Arti which is a jewel on the crown of it all. Once after entry, the crew members provide a Superb coffee and biscuits. There’s a stall on the upper deck that sells Maggi noodles and French fries. Good quality maintained. Nice ambience too. People friendly crew members. Overall….. a great experience.
