★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male staff at ALDO Ahmedabad One was really rude and non-cooperative, we entered the store 10-15 mins prior to the closing time and we really wanted to purchase 2 sunglasses, my friend and me were trying few options but apparently the male staff at the counter switched off all the lights and insisted us to leave, we kindly requested them to put one light on which is nearer to the mirror but he denied while we were the customers who really wanted to purchase the glasses and weren't window shopping. We felt disrespected and never expected something of this sort from a reputed brand like ALDO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic management - I ordered a purse for my wife and they took 7 days to get it and even then the product was damaged. No accountability, no one receiving calls, they don’t know how to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are correct Jinal. They have worst quality of the shoes. And staff is super wort. There are 2 stores. One with shoes - they are super worst. Had also bad experience. They blame us instead of understanding our problem and their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got a sunglass from Aldo, and i realised it was a bit loose when I got home,I went back to exchange it but they didn't exchange and refused to even fix it, and the sales woman was so rude, she didn't help at all. Very disappointed, the product was not worth the money I spent. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well they are 0 in customer service I bought a pair of heels from them I just wore it twice when I reached them for the repairs the manger asked me to wait as the sale is going on he requested me that I can visit after some time or ITS A VERY SIMPLE SHOE SOLE ISSUE I CAN FIX IT OUTSIDE TO ANY REPAIR SHOP but I insisted as I have spent a good amount of money on that so I waited for a month and I went back to the store they again denied to provide the service as CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS FREE AND THE PAIR OF HEELS HAS TO DECIDE THAT IF SALE IT GOING ON IT CANT BE BROKEN wow ALDO you are really helping customer. Really guys don’t ever purchase from this brand if you value your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldo is located at ground floor at Alpha one mall, near lifestyle store always I'm crazy to see the new collection of Rings, goggles, clutch, scarfs, bedroom slipper, belts , accessories, Hand bags, mobile caver, hand watch, Jewellery and many more items, prise range starts from 199 rs onwards , in Ahmedabad One Mall only shop I love for Ladies stylist Jewellery and I love their collections of handbag, goggles , Rings , scarfs
. Their display is good everything easily visible and store ambience is decent and clean. I just love to visit whenever I enter in this Mall. All girls loves their collections. Must visit it also offer going on exciting when ever there is festival.
