★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service at all.they will fool you on call then they will not pick your call.my internet was not working from more than 1 day but still they didn't care I have called them many times even customer care executives don't give dam they will say SIR WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR ISSUE but no one will listen your issue.i will recommend that plz don't use ACT NET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't opt for their service. Customer service is not there at all. They refuse to pickup calls. I had problems even before they installed wifi at my place. Not even One day after installation, wifi box stopped working. They refused to pickup calls still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take ACT Fibernet connection.. these are the froud people..I would say gang of frouds. They took money from me & now even they do not pick my phone. If u dail from another number they will pick immidiatly, after if u talk about ur connection installation, they will immidiatly hang up the phone.. please stay away from these froud gang of ACT Fibernet.
