★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever..We purchased 2 dresses worth lakhs of rupees each for our brothers wedding..even after paying 100% advance payment the staff refused to alter the dress and also they put stains on the pieces, on asking they refused to help..now 1 day before the wedding day we have no option left..poor staff,poor client service..only big name no service, no quality...BIG NO NO for anyone going to purchase from them..they will surely spoil your big day and wont even apologize..They only spend money on publicity and show off, not on product and client satisfaction..

I had life's worst experience shopping here. For exorbitant prices you expect the best service. They are not ready to deliver your outfit until your d-day despite ordering months in advance. The mental torture that one has to go through following up with the fake delivery dates they give is just unacceptable. And mostly all there customers(i know of) went through the same.
Pls pls pls don't purchase from here. There are better designers at this price plus hassle free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a client from New York. I had to coordinate with salespersons over the phone/whatsapp to finalize my outfit. Over the duration of a year that person changed three times. The last two people I was dealing with- have literally never replied to my messages in the first go. They made me ask 10 times before I got a response. Very disappointing communication. had to send out my outfit to reach by a certain date and it did not arrive in time. They told me they will give me a couture box and I did not get that. The length of the sleeves is shorter than I asked. After communicating all of this to her- I still did not get a response. I love AA's work- it's like none other- but I am very thrown off by the support I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled to India from the US for a wedding. I chose this store because I liked their designs. However, how can I wear the dress I’ve paid for when they don’t deliver my goods. The item was supposed to be ready Monday and it is now Wednesday and no dress. Don’t even waste your time here because you won’t be able to wear your outfits on time.
