★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way to society is easy, inner area is big ,lots of parking area, parks , parking for visitors, big buildings, long towers, regular maintained, separate generator for each tower, stairs n lift for all, security on gate , easy to locate house. Lord Shiva temple. Inner shop of daily use material.

Small and less crowded.
Two green parks for yoga and other activities.one park is for small kids.Gas Pipeline , swimming pool available.
Bad things :
No gym , Poor Service of Maintenance, Security is not up to the mark. No nearby ATM, Only a small shop in Society. Less area in 2BHK. 2BHK is not enough due to poor design and less area. Open Parking.

1600 rupees maintenance Charge should be paid every month with rent..
Beware of welcome charge...
there is no fixed amount in welcome charge.. Sometimes 3000 or 5000..
AARWA Office staff will not hand over the key until you pay the welcome charge as per their demand.
But dear friends please do not expect anything from the side of AARWA office staff even after paying the welcome charge.
If you want to clean your house for shifting or if you need any help to shift your household items to room from vehicle, you must pay extra for it or you must do it alone with your famiy members..
Still i dont know what is the use of paying this welcome charge, anyway i pray to god that to bless all welcome charge beneficiarys and their families and also keep them healthy and prosper..

2 big parks, 3rd for kids, 4th it has summing pool but it's not in working condition.. I live in this society I loved it and must vist ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society construction work is poor. You can see the result of bad construction as water seepage in building walls outside. The Walls are not straight and have large inconsistency. Only option if other options or societies are not viable/unavailable.
