The following complaint is related to your Dakshineswar Branch Kolkata 700076 code no 3110. As the zonal office your lack of supervision has turned the best service provider in local area to the worst. Please look into it and resolve the issues immediately.
Your immediate attention is drawn towards the above mentioned ATM counter. The ATM machine remains unserviceable for days weeks or months. The cash deposit machine is missing for almost a year now. There are two ACs, those are never used or may be permanently unserviceable. The cabin where the machine is installed is rarely cleaned or dusted.
In view of the above you are requested to take proper measures to resolve the issues and confirm.
