★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is okay. They won't force you to buy a stove if you're going for a new connection. But terrible at service and customer communication. The guy at the counter was useless and refused to help or answer customer's phone calls.

I'm a new consumer got my connection transferred recently to them and its a nightmare. Firstly, I was told all paper works has been done by them, only a guy will visit my residence for verification & there won't be any need to visit agency & booking can be done online as soon as verification will be completed also that they deliver lpg the next day of booking.
Unfortunately I was lied.
1st lie - verification will be done the same day but it happened a day after,
2nd lie- we can book lpg as soon as verification will be done but we had to visit agency again to submit receipt given after veirifcation for the payment, &
3rd lie - lpg gets delivered the next day but reality is it takes 2 days for them to get it delivered. We tried to call them to check about delivery but the person on call seemed to be ignorant to us as they only replied in 'hmm' and 'haan' with no regret or apology for the undelivered services. I'M WOTHOUT LPG RIGHT NOW.
Anyways, I walked to the agency it was so much rush and had to wait for almost 30 minutes due to less staffing(only 1 staff was available to attend customers and phone calls both) it was such a worst experience for a new customer like me.
If I would have known how irresponsible and unlearned staffs are there I would have better looked off for any other agency or lpg provider with at least god services. ??

Just try to be calm while dealing with the front desk as you may understand the frustration they might hold after dealing with so many kinds of people with so many attempts to explain solution.
We saw it ourselves when a women was arguing about Gas Subsidy (which is of course discontinued since last 1 year). So the front desk staff had to see the portal themselves which turned out to be option for resumption of subsidy in case it gets cancelled for any other technical or other issues other than discontinuation by govt.

Mechanic reply that he will come aftet 1 hr.
At 10.30 when I wnt to anita gas office mechanic same way reply some one wil come aftet 1 hrs
Finally he came at 11.00
Total irresponsible staff in office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ishu a name change form 1 time she say submit details, then 2 , 3 time fill form then it's change now she say fill form bring all documents , all ready giving documents 5 time.
Because of his irresponsibly he forgot all documents.
Every time reason is same staff was change.
