★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad never on time always late in delivery...i booked the gas in the 17 of May till today it is not delivered .....im calling since morning but no reply from manicpur branch Annapurna gas agency..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not serve us on time even after booking in advance. This happened quite a few times. Not to mention a particularly rude staff member who would refuse to provide with a LPG cylinder even after bringing the empty cylinder to their agency office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In these difficult times when there is limited resources and shortage of staff the owner of Annapurna gas agency is making sure the cylinders are delivered to everyone's home as usual, by coming with the delivery truck himself.
In the areas which are completed sealed he is taking his personal vehicle going to their homes and informing people about their cylinders and helping them get their cylinders which is amongst the basics needs.
Hatts off to Mr. Walavalkar. Thank you on behalf of all your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called the nos, however the nos was only ringing, then I called the owner, he sd the nos r working, however his response was a bit rude being a cust am not happy with his response, however the lady there was polite and gave me the details. Would expect a better response from the owner next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery period after booking is unpredictable. Do not answer phone calls most of the times. This is during lockdown they are not giving any concrete reply on when the gas will be delivered. Simply saying we do not have delivery boys.
