★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rules of the agency is bent at will. If u take a stove then u get 2 cylinders in 24 hrs. If u don't take the stove, they will ask a mechanic to inspect ur stove, that takes 7 days, then u will get a 1 cylinder connection in 2 days. Then apply for the 2nd 20 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever they never pick the call and even they discount the call a request to kindly change all the staff who can help the customer in a better way they even dnt respect the senior citizen and even ull can see the below comment and can indentify the customer satisfaction... Warm request if here I will not get any resolution the futher step will be twitter and hire the qualified staff with respect to their customers.... Want a quick resolution for the same And this feedback is for the virar west branch of Anita gas manager name Darshana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From past 2 months there's no gas delivery been done on time. Last gas booked on 17th August 2021 but still we haven't received the gas yet. They told us because of shortage of gas a different agency ( Anita) would be delivering the gas instead our current agency. But still there's no delivery being done yet. And on top of that they don't have any courtesy to attend the customer call and give the current situation report.
And if it's been transferred to some other agencies even they are not bothered to deliver the gas. Don't know what scam is going on but strict action needs to be taken against these agencies. We could understand because of shortage delay is there but it's almost month is over since the gas was booked but still no response or any report to where our gas
