Not a good response from staff or the mechanic I have called useless people working here, I suggest to change the agency or just move to Bharat gas. I Calling the mechanic from 2 days and telling him to come home and see the issue but he is like ataa hu bhai. tu kya cylinder fhate ke baaad aye ga emergency mai bhi vo he number diya hai jo tum log uthe te nahe ho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. The phone always remains unanswered. By great luck one time some staff received the call and when asked about when the gas will be delivered, simply responded "I don't know".
Upon further questioning, the call was simply cut.
Is there no employee screening process before hiring?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share the review according to delivery... I booked a cylinder before 9 day ago and till the date 30/05/2020 can't get the delivery and message comes from hpgas is delivery is done... Agencies phone no. is not connecting and one number is connected but can't answer.. If don't want to answer the customer please leave the service. I saw the others review but non of them get reply from you. Pleae reply all of us alteast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female receptionist is very rude and very unprofessional with the customer , she talks in a very bad tone and makes you feel guilty , if you take little time to provide the booking details she will straight away disconnect the call and will not pickup even if you call 1000 times . This the way for treatment to loyal consumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every 3 cylinders out of 5 have leakages...and when you call them..thet dont come on time...Every time they come they charge high rates also their delivery persons dont do a pre delivery inspection and when you force them to do..they will just open the seal and tell u that everything is proper... No machines r used to do pdi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. It takes min 10-15 days to get gas cylinder. And it's not easy than . We have to call every day stating that the cylinder is over still they are taking more days . I can understand if you don't have someone to deliver. I can take that reason for one month or two months. Not every time . We have to be without cylinder for 3-5 days managing food from outside. That's why people are going for Gas connection.. this particular agency is one of the worst one .
