★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building itself is very nice, especialy the penthouse wich face the skyline of Bangalore or the Lalbagh garden. It's very calm, you got no noise.
Staff is available and helping. You can go directly to Lalbagh in 5mn from the studios, which is great if you like morning walk/run.
Location itself is quite central both for city center or Koramangala. Only problem is that the building is located in a isolated corner, where you have to cross a dangereous road everytime you need to get food or anything nearby.

This place offers the best of Bangalore, located right next to the Lalbhag, early morning runs were heavenly, this place has super helpful staff, which can help you cook or buy dinner, also the morning breakfast is free. I loved my stay here, the best part is that you just have to pay one month of rent as security.

It comes with a compliment of TV, and kitchen essentials to sort your life quickly, and amenities like common laundry and water purifiers, and a small working gym. And with house breakfast to go, it definitely satisfies the busy office goers. You are guarantied to find a bunch of happy neighbours, efficient and jolly bunch of caretaker staff who attend to all of your requests for assistance, and a very cool landlord who is always happy to help with any difficulty. This place has been my home for past 4 years and its one of the best decisions since I have been in Bangalore, and made a lot of lifelong friends.
