★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was really good. Rooms were clean. The staff was very supportive. Faced an issue with the room AC. However, staff helped us to move to another room swiftly. If I visit bangalore anytime.. will make sure to stay with oakwood itself. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has good quality rooms, housekeeping is helpful. Complimentary internet is ok if you get a room near by the router placed in every floor. I lived here in a studio room. It had all the amenities like washing machine dryer microwave otg european style burner and all cutlery alongwith the usual room amenities. If you are visiting for some time then getting a studio would be the best bet. Besides this hotel is located at UB city which is the most happening and posh location of bangalore. It is central bangalore or in foreign words downtown of bangalore. Food is ok at the hotel besides there are so many famous cafes and restaurants in the mall campus and near by, so you will never run out of options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and tidy place. Studio rooms with kitchenette and washer and dryer. Breakfast is well done with wide range of choices from a juice bar, cold cuts n sandwiches to Chinese n Lebanese items. Made to order eggs n dhosas n parathas are available too. Bakery items are really enticing. Croissants, Muffins n Doughnuts are too goo to miss. All public spaces are well maintained n sanitised. Only point that could be improved upon is the location of the hook behind the toilet door which is too high and the lack of a luggage table. Rest very nice place to be with good morning walk choices at Cubbon Park n a well stocked gym cum pool. The mall with different dining options besides the hotel's Soul City restaurant makes outside dining easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staffs are very courteous, professional and attentive. Room service is prompt, they deliver room requests and orders right away. Ideal for long stays.
Breakfast is average, few food choices but it’s delicious. Restaurant staff Chandrima is very helpful and friendly as well as the rest of the staffs.
Gym is big with a lot of machines. Sauna and steam room available.
Angsana Spa seems to be always fully booked and we never got a chance to try it. They should really give slots for in-house guests.
Pool is also nice with bbq bar.
This property feels like home for us.

Liked · Service was top notch. personal attention to detail. Breakfast was quite a good spread. Rooftop restaurant has some fantastic dishes. Arjun at the front desk and Abdeali (F&B M) were kind and personal.
Disliked · Signs of aging in the rooms. Maybe doesnt warrant a full blown renovation, but a semi face lift. Rooftop restaurant needs better service standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the property is good. Had a good time in the UB City Mall. The entry and exit for the guests to the Mall are from the property’s lobby. The property’s room is decent and well maintained. The top floor swimming area was wonderful. Staffs were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had good options and the food tasted really good. If you have pre-booked Lunch/Dinner also, they have pre-set menu for this (no buffet). This was one thing that I did not like much Also I was able to order food from the pre-set menu for only 2 adults whereas my booking was for 2 adults and 1 child.Another thing that did not work well was the room’s AC. Even after the technician visit, it was not fixed and the room temperature did not go down below 23 C whereas I wanted 20 C.Other than this everything was as expected and will visit the property again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here during new year 2022 time. Calm and silent place in the middle of the city but very close to nature. Special mention about the hospitality. Each and every staff here are truly professional. We can see smiling faces of the staffs all around and we feel they do it whole heartedly. Truly an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first stay at Oakwood premier has been a pleasant one. Spacious rooms, courteous staff and an excellent service. Situated at a prime location, i had access to the main places in Bangalore. Their breakfast had a good range of options from south indian to continental to a perfect English breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service has been the best. It has a great view of the city and rooftop pool to relax. I'd definitely visit again.
