★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best for delivery, Doctors are best but the organization for doctors visits are very unorganised. Usually even though you have appointment you will need to wait for sometime more than hour. Other than this drawback everything is best. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star only and only because of Dr Teena Thomas in Brookfield branch. It was my first pregnancy and I'm so glad i consulted Dr Teena ... She guided me throughout.. understood my concern and addressed it so i am comfortable and confident. Right from beginning till end of my pregnancy i had followed only what she guided.. Be it food.. Exercise.. Etc .. Nothing less and nothing more... During labor also she and the staff was there encouraging me ..boosting my confident...Just following her guidance made my pregnancy experience very relaxing and i had normal delivery... Definitely recommend her...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services here are very good . Nursing team is quite friendly and supportive.
I visited for my wife’s ectopic pregnancy treatment.
Canteen food is also very light and tasty and you can order through phone call . Not very costly as well.
Rooms are well maintained and clean.
I wanted to give 5 start but I gave 4. Just because when I admitted my wife it was around 1am night and there were no scan doctor available due to that we have to go for surgery without doing pre scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to hospital for regular checkupsand scan visits and now had to come for some admission.
We have received good service from cleaning staff and 2nd floor ward management team.
Very good service from Revati,Archana, Monisha, Dhanalaxmi, Tamanna
Team lead Vijayshanti was very co-operative.
Pricing is a concern.
They levy n number of charges in bill 1st admission charges, than documentation charges and later medical record charges, food and beverage charges etc. Just the way to increase invoice.
Not happy with billing and exhorbitant pricing.
OPD appointment : Pathetic process.despite taking appointment they never send you on same time they follow first come first serve.
Which is not expected from a reputed hospital like Apollo.
Overall experience
They have a good team.
All under one roof,
Ultrasound, diagnostics etc.
Try to get diagnostics done outside as charges vary with same apollo diagnostics here and out.
Need to wait despite appointments for everything.
They need to improve on updates for the patient when in OT to family and also patients must be moved faster to rooms , they give priority to other surgery and leave existing patiein OT recovery for longer time rather than shifting to room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical hospital if you ask me. People at the reception counter have no idea of things. Kept me going up and down from ground floor to 4th for bill, doc confirmation multiple times. Then after the procedure has no idea when the report will arrive even after doctor confirmed it will be ready in 30 mins. Luckily I stuck around and made sure I got it, as they were pushing for me to go and come and collect it the next day (20 kms travel for me) as they cannot mail the report. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had my delivery at apollo cradle and it was such a great experience. My doctor Garima Jain along with whole staff made my journey extra special. They guided me at every step to encourage normal birth, which led to a normal delivery with healthy baby. I would also like to mention the F&B group was really good, food was yummy for a new mom and diet guidance was also good. Overall well coordinated team to help new mom in every aspect
