★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls DO NOT waste your time with these so called ‘Authorised service centres’ which is just for name sake.
They DO NOT have the required skills to repair your device and do not offer the basic repair services either as they claim. Plus they will not either pick up your call and if they do they will speak in an unprofessional manner (welcome to Odisha).
Avoid wasting your time & energy, try out some good repair shops around Bapuji Nagar, your device issues may get resolved quicker.

Staff behaviour- Enough to understand your queries and help to resolve them
Problem dignostics- up to the mark
Duration to fix the issue- I submitted my mobile around 4:30PM for non working display. Got the repaired device by 11AM next day. Fair enough as the Engineers work till 5PM
Repaired device delivery- no appointment required. Just go and pick up the device after complete payment(very swift process)
