★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for x-ray it was bad experience x-ray boy can tell for move left or right he can’t touch body it is fine for face leg or hand he did my chin up and showing me he is moving my body and literally press my breast from his elbow it was very embarrassing now I feel too irritating and I know they will ignore also this comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here around 11.20 am and there I saw only 1-2 patient when I entered inside .. as it was our routine checkup we waited but even after 1 hour, I saw many other patient going inside & we did not get our number and after asking at reception about our timings she rudely answered and I noticed people new patient with money they allow to go inside first ..
This is not a proper way to conduct ..
Rude behavior of staffs can heavily impact your business ..
kindly make a proper track of people coming for the check up and don’t do this biased money making strategy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on yesterday morning (2nd Nov 2020) at around 9.30 a.m. for my Ultra Sound. The centre is nice and clean. Staff are also polite. Ultrasound Doctor was also good.
But one horrible thing happened on this day. There was a patient who was not wearing mask as well as he was also coughing in between.
When I told the front desk lady to ask him to wear mask or atleast tell him to wait outside. The front desk lady said he will go in sometime. And she did not took any action.
I was feeling tensed owing to Covid 19 going on. The Management should strictly Not Allow anyone Without Mask in their Diagnostic center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ECG done yesterday in Dahisar East and collected the report today.I was told yesterday that the ECG will be sent to the doctor to prepare the report.But to my utter surprise there is no typed report.Doctor has put his remark in illegible handwriting. This is least expected.At least the patient should understand what it means.In other diagnostics we get a proper typed report.Otherwise the patient does not get satisfaction and value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Get my blood test done from here, the service is pretty good. They even hv home collection facilities n sends reports through WhatsApp which makes life easy.
Some how I had lost all my reports and didn't have a backup too. Called up the center if they have any records but didn't get any positive response.
I had the contact no. of Mr. Jajeshwar Gupta. As he had come to collect the samples a few times. I got in touch with him and with in few hours I got all my reports. I really appreciate Jajeshwar for going that extra mile and helping me out. Thank you Mr. Gupta
