★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. It doesn't matter you are fresher or not they will treat you like a thing and they will scold you to work for late. Even they can increase working hour whenever they want. I worked there for 6 months and it was like a mentally torcher. I complained against them but no one did nothing to them. Ram who is manager now he is not a good fellow. Stay away from this call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys , dont ever work for this company . In the starting they treat you good but there is no appreciation or rewards for your achievements. One of my friend got promoted from agent to TL but he is still working on same salary from last 1 year . They give you false commitments for salary hike every time you ask them. Operations Assistant manager is supportive and he will always help you but Operations Manager is a crazy person who dont have any kind of professionalism and also lack values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen the worst management here.. I would like to share my experience coz m really really frustrated.. they can recruit any person right now. Coz they have requirements in their processes.. not even a single person is supportive.. even when you are learning something .. you need sometime to learn..
But they want everybody to be perfect without supporting in any situation.. this is my worst experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arcis e services is quite possibly one of the worst organisations. No one is organised, especially the managers, and there is no fixed training time with anyone yet you will have random employees calling and speaking to you in a demeaning manner and threatening your job. Again, without providing the most basic training whatsoever other employees will also call complaining how you are unable to do the work. It’s truly a pathetic work environment; each and every person only looking after themselves. The most disturbing aspect is this is supposed to be a multinational company, however I have not encountered a single person able to write a message or email in English without consistent mistakes.
I am quite certain the 5 star reviews are employees being forced to write them, don’t be fooled.
