★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got blouses done by shraddha and her team for my wedding ... All the blouses were extremely lovely and unique ...... Fitting was the most satisfying factor for me. One happy experience for me was when skirt n blouse for cancan saree drape came through my friend and I tried it only on the event day and the fit was spot on!!! All the work they do are such with perfection in first try itself unlike so many tailors I had given to ... Very appreciable workmanship and creativity.. delivered designs are much more than our expectations ...keep up the good work going shraddha? ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Shraddha to get my wedding attires made.. she has a really good knowledge on the design content and made my work easy to select on design. The final outcome that's the hand embroidery done on my wedding blouse was awesome... Just loved the detailings and the finish of the work. Also the gowns stitched by the team was a perfect fit in first hi. Really appreciate the efforts put by the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She might be great for wedding collections a friend of mine got her blouses and dresses done with her. But for day to day wear and office wear, a bad place to go. Worst customer experience. The dresses didn't even fit. I had to get all my materials back from her as is. At least she could have turned me down. She still took up the order and screwed it up. I still can't believe I trusted 2 good pieces of materials with her. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst customer service. I ordered a blouse in the month of March by paying an advance amount for my sister's wedding. They said they couldn't deliver it because of COVID, which is understandable, and cancelled the order. But, they are still refunding my advance amount. I got tired of calling and asking for the refund too. DON'T PREFER THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the experience that the master ji has, he has perfectly stitched my blouse. But, something which I did not like personally was the attitude of the staff while she was delivering me my blouse, I don't know her name she was rude and unwelcoming, did not even pack the blouse properly just put it in the bag without folding it properly. Shradha seems to be passionate and talented about her work which is commendable. The other girl Prachi is also a well behaved person but I'm actually upset with the behaviour of the new girl, further after I saw the stitched blouse I felt the need of latkan so I got one and to fix it they charged me 100 more, which I felt was not needed. Anyways it's a decent place for getting blouses stitched also they have decent fabric materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap and worst experience they never respond to any of our calls they took one week to deliver dress and after we received we were so disappointed I have attached photo and then we visited store travelling all the way and staffs we so unprofessional and rude to respond ... When ever u call they give reasons we had to wait for 1 hour to get property response very bad experience it highly recommended not to visit this hopeless store .. it’s not on time very cheap and unprofessional they took 2 hours to give refund ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Took literally 4 months to give the items that was promised in a month. With horrible fitting as well. When spoke to the lady first she accepted the errors done. But when the so called alterations were done it was not fixed. Instead she told coz I have a stomach. She has not yet bothered to respond to my messages either. No courtesy.
