★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst laptop service center ever !! My laptop was dead after inspection they told me to replace mother board, So i agreed
For replacing the mother board it took them 2 months, they don't answer your call , shop is closed.
While picking up laptop i checked the configuration and found 4 GB RAM MISSING!! After certain arguments he installed 4 gb ram back!
And then found a bug scratch on my screen. Again he started telling that it was there earlier. Again after heated argument he agreed to replace screen
For that it again took them 2 months!!
When went to pick up found that my laptop's sound was not working and Kepybard changed to some low grade keyboard!! After pointing it out he replaced immediately , God knows wat else he tried and stole from laptop !!
IF YOU LOVE YOUR LAPTOP ,NEVER EVER GO AT THIS PLACE
HE WILL CHANGE YOUR ORIGINAL PARTS , STEEL YOUR RAM. WORST SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my dell laptop to him as it was not working. He told that my graphic IC was spoiled. He took 3 weeks to get it replaced and charged me 4k. Even then it was not working. Then he said it was mother board problem. I told that I don't want mother board replacement as it was costly and asked him to give back my laptop and money as my graphic IC was OK. He returned my laptop after a month of follow up. Till now I have not received my money. Be careful with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unskilled technicians and impolite staff. Definitely not the people whom you can trust and give your laptop. They took more than 2 months to repair / replace my laptop's motherboard (dell inspiron) and yet it's not good. Will charge you more money, will never deliver on time, will never answer your phone calls and the best part will fight you if you visit there shop. So All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to here repair my laptop. The power pin had moved in and I was not able to charge my laptop. It needed very little work. I had contacted other repair services. everyone asked for 1000 rs. Aru infotech did it for 300 and did the job in 30 mins. Really happy.
Would love to give 5 stars.. But 4 as of now.. Will update as and when I repair another electronic products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Dell Studio 1555 laptop having display issue. They suggested me to replace motherboard. I agreed to change the motherboard but with in a day my laptop stopped working and they are not ready to respond on the issue.
The people working there have no manner and etiquette that how to talk with the customer. They used to give incomplete information. I have to follow up for 4-5 days to know the status of repair work. I am very much disappointed with the quality of work. I will lodge a complain against them in Consumer Court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all reliable. I went to them with my laptop starting issue. They could not diagnose the problem properly and asked me to change the motherboard. When I went to their shop next day to finalize the deal for motherboard replacement, to my surprise I was told that processor is also gone ! They did not care to inform me about that. The representative on the counter himself accepted that even he was not knowing. Are you kidding me ! Then I tried to call the owner Arun, he did not respond. They even damaged my existing motherboard. Guys they are the most unprofessional, incompetent, rude chaps I have ever seen. Never trust them !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues in opening and closing my laptop. The authorized service centers asked me to replace the complete back and front cover to fix this issue and charged 7000 rs for the same. But here in Aru they checked it and suggested that i need not replace the covers and they could fix it just my moulding for 1600 rs and its been 2 months since the repair, I don't face any issues. Later i went twice, Once for keyboard replacement and again for battery replacement, both the experiences were good.

My monitor was flickering. I had ascertained with my colleagues that only the display cable had to be replaced and not the whole display. These guys straightaway told me the entire LCD had to be replaced. When I asked them why not just the cable, they had no convincing reply. And they said it would cost me Rs 5000 (interestingly, other centers charge only Rs 4000 for the LCD). I said no thank you and found another service center where the display cable alone was replaced for Rs 2500 and my laptop was working.
These guys are just out to rip you off!
On top of that, they are very unprofessional. They had asked me to leave the laptop with them for inspection. When I came back to receive it, after saying I don't want them to replace anything, at first, the guy there only returned my laptop. I luckily remembered that my adapter was also with them and only when I reminded them of it, they returned it!!
On top of that, on reaching home, I found 2 screws missing on the back of my laptop. Not a major issue, but clearly shows their carelessness.
Strongly suggest you stay away from them unless you know what exactly needs to be done to fix your laptop and the price for the same. And insist they fix it in front of you and not in their back room.
A very dishonest business!
