★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good done fake commitments at pre booking.. Increased maintenance for phase 2, no means of priority number, lower priority can get the unit earlier than higher one. Payment plan got changed after pre booking, unit plc are too high and unjustified. we booked unit no M2-428 yesterday. We booked it because we needed one for us to get settled but not feeling good due to above reasons and had a high trust on builder which was not turned up. The difference between ground and 2nd floor is as high as 4 lakh approximate and due to the Ashiana changed priority, it costed me approx. 5-6 lakh more which was not required for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ highly over priced in compare to other societies. went there to en-quire about the property and it bloody expensive. a 3BHK flat costing nearly 90 lakhs to 1CR. thats insane price considering the location and current scenario. Ashiana Management should really consider their pricing if they really want people to consider their project

Situated not very far away from the crowded city area of Gurgaon, peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Also the flats are very beautiful and spacious. The campus is designed with the 'kids centric concept' and hence provide great amenities for the overall development of children like swimming pool, fun zone for toddlers, tennis court, cricket pitch with net, basketball court, skating rink, learning hub, amphitheatre, club house etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best housing socity with all facilities including 3 tier security i.e. security at main post, security at enterance of each block & cctv cameras different locations. This must be the first and foremost reqirement of each housing society. Besides swiming pools for adults and kids. A small theatre, a community hall , and a gym . Being kids centric sufficient activities areas are provided to the toddlers indoor as well as out door .Over and above two tennis courts in door, two loan tennis courts , two TT tables, two willeared tables. Independent basement parking for individuals and open parking to the visitors have been provided by the builder. Shoping complex is also provided . Hope their should not be any compromise with construction qualities standards and other allied facilities i.e. water, sewerage, electricity ,firefighting system etc.
Over all its best housing society in India .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashiana Anmol is located in Sector 33 Sohna, Sohna Road village Dhunela which is a very beautiful and luxurious society, it has lush green fields and open area around it. Also KR Mangalam University and GD Goenka University and GD Goenka School Highway 8 line has been constructed, which is about 18, 20 km from Gurgaon Rajiv Chowk, after the construction of the highway, it can be reached within few minutes. There are other apartments being built here too, overall very nice area.
