Purchased Hero Xpulse 200 and had been facing issue with the rear tyre jamming, had visited service station and they rectified the issue as they say, but soon after riding it for few minutes it started showing the same problem. The staffs working have promised to rectify the issue within a day but i am really insure about that. Posting this just to seek help from the dealer end.

Fraud alert! I have been cheated I fell for the owner Raju Bhai's word that they have been in the business for years and all. Stay away from this place pathetic service, pathetic staff behavior . A defective bike/test ride was delivered with no scope to mend it.. Cut on front tyre ( for which initially i was told if it gets punctured then it will be replaced after an argument later just hopelessly removed from another xpulse and put it on my bike endangering the other bime owners life Dented tank Dented mudguard(this got replaced after a year) Used hand guards were put on a brand new bike 2nd key was bent (sales guy blamed that on me) Bike directly leans on right ( for which stupid reasons were given like the bike has disc brake and all) Cone set faulty (again was told that its the abs sensor) Rusty rims (have placed an order 3 to 4 times but am yet to get it ) Nobody will mend it i am yet to receive parts which were ordered almost 1.5 years ago They do not have basic work ethics, For every problem i pointed i always got a silly reason for eg when i pointed out coneset issue i was told to ride the bike slowly and avoid pot holes.. So why would someone get an adventure bike to ride slowly or avoid potholes. And such sillly reasons were always given for everything Staff once passed on comments as well ( isko kuch kaam dhanda nai hai kya? Was the comment which was passed by the sales person when i had taken time out to get the problems rectified) Now i dont ride my bike anymore as i have lost the pleasure of riding it its just rusting in my garage The above stated lines are 100% true can cross verify it with me or the service centre

Respected Hero Team, I am Samson Mario Fernandes a resident of Malad, Mumbai own an hero vehicle, Maestro Edge no GA 03 AJ 1094. I would like to be straight at the point that I had given my vehicle for servicing at the the service station at Hero Auto Link at Kandivali West, Mumbai and I am not satisfied by the service that was provided to me. I opted in for giving my bike for servicing as I was offered a service promotional offer that was on for 399++ hence went ahead for it, but It seems to be that it was only a souce of making some extra income for the company, I had dropped my bike for regular servicing and changing my left front side indicator, however that was not changed since the part was not available which is okay but regular servicing can't even that be done well. Like seriously no pick up, no brakes being tight not even proper cleaning I'm not even sure about what was the internal servicing that was done. I am not even sure if the oil was changed now that I don't even see the work done that I would have been able to see the difference. Instead I wasn't feeling well so had requested for the bike to be dropped home. Went for a ride in my vicinity ti realise that there has been no good instead I hear some sound in my front fearing which probably hasn't been fit well or I don't know what is the reason. The reason I've decided to send the mail was this isn't the first time, even before I had a similar experience but was told to come in and drop the bike and they would have a look. Very Frankly I don't have the time to come in twice for a service this is something I'm bound to have done well for my vehicle as I'm paying for the same. I seen another customer as well being told that he would have been charged for things that can be done included in-service, however I'm no one to decide that. Coming back to my bike, I want this to be looked into. Request you to kindly look into this at your earliest convenience as this isn't good customer service. Pathetic. Refused to deliver some parts and kept me waiting indefinitely for parts. Their parts manager Vikas is never in the shop on duty, and never responds to messages / calls. I had to go all the way to trademark chembur to buy all the parts I wanted. Very uncooperative. Edit: Thanks for your response, but I dont need anything from you now. If you wanted my contact number you can just ask Vikas right? If he simply replied there would be no issue in the first place, instead he ignored all my messages and did not answer my calls. Simply refused to even try for some parts by saying not available. Hero support only tells you to go to the service center and was very surprised when they heard your shop refused directly.

On Bhai dooj i.e. 06/11 I called on all the numbers - no one responded. When I visited center my bike was not accepted for servicing with the reason they don't have place to keep it. This was not told while selling the bike to me. Also whenever I have given the bike for servicing it's done in a half baked manner. Never fall prey to the life time free service because at first place they do not provide you proper services

Worst Customer service,They call you by appointment basis then keep you waiting for hours after waiting for hours they said today repair is not possible. Worst ever response system

My problem not sollve and get 1012 and call me say your bike ready any person not helping service encharj say self switch not available my problem not sollve and call me any person help me because service centre is not help full please take same action on this
