★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of them. They make sure that they lure you to make initial booking with minimal amount of 5 k with a promise that it is refundable with 15% deduction if you cancel for any reason. But on cancellation forget your money but all you get them is rude attitude and rowdy behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opinion about the place: A place away from human habitation. Its like no where. No schools, restaurants, shopping mall or hospitals nearby. Airport is more than 60 kms away from this place. A place suitable for a farm house may be, but not for someone who wants to commute to office everyday. It may easily take 5 to 7 years or more for any developments near this place. Also a good place to get mugged if you are travelling late in the evening.
Interaction with the builder: The marketing manager Sathya was polite. But the rest of the team are a bunch of illiterates. They dont take your calls, no response to emails in case of any booking cancellation situations. Have been through a bitter home buying experience interacting with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a naturally a skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying. I grudgingly went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good or too bad to be true. I was won over pretty quickly for all of the reasons noted above (see the many stars). Mostly though, I got the strong sense that the team was working to get me and my partner something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. They were quite responsive and patient with taking us through the reams of paperwork. In short we’re quite pleased with our experience with the project ( AVANTI).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have given negative stars if possible... I am one person who has invested in this property ofcourse just restricted around a lac.....
Please do not invest until the property is ready...
3rd december 2018 was the fateful day I invested and then in parts I some how paid by April the 5 percent and I since then the work is stopped....
And these people are not professional enough to inform you... I got to know from my loan bank that the work has stopped...till date no work has began and they promised delivery by 2021
... And there is no building structure yet for the apartment, you can only find half buit pillers
Update: its been more than 6 months for a refund of 15 thousand thier finance has blocked my no. Satya was the sales manager when ever I call says it's such a small amount why will we keep hanging that amount.. and Today he tells me that no refund till April 7... Bunch of liars and looters...
Update: they have closed my account by refund in the month of June 2021..... Finally ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. They are fraud. Initially there was lots of miscommunication from them as to the carpet area committed to us was 869 sqft area, later again 714 sqft and in actual agreement it was carpet area 594 sqft and they openly admitted that they are not aware of new rera rules. They had few legal issues as to the title of land not free from doubt and we didn't want to proceed after the legal consent and they were not ready to pay back the advance amount stating we took 3 months. These people pester for money as if they are money lenders and force for agreement signing forthwith. They induced by showing Honda activa as gift but comparatively the actual charges are very high to the super builtup area specified. I strongly believe these builders are worth not to be trusted, indirectly they are spoiling the reputation of Shriram groups within itself. I lost Rs. 20k because of nonsense executives there. I hope all the 5 stars are put by builder himself.
