★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic staff and service quality. I'm a corporate client and Rahul Bhat was my RM. Since the day we incorporated a company to the day we opened the account with them, he visited us almost on a daily basis without even asking us about our schedule. Post account opening, he disappeared like anything. He didn't even attend the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, Google asked me to share the details of my Experience as I visited the Branch. In one word if I have to describe my Experience, it was Pathetic. Honestly, people sitting in the Bank were having a gala time, specially the 2 Gentleman who were assisting people with Adhaar Related queries. They were least bothered and seemed uninterested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked for ~INR 500 for me to close the account since I was closing it before a year of having the account. For the pathetic service I received, I would have paid more than that to get rid of my account. Good Riddance!
Don’t bother with this branch. It’s a waste of time. Would remind you of the olden days of Government Offices and Clueless Employees who have stopped caring about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not customer friendly here. Once a lady made me travel 30 km for nothing just to discover that server is not working pan india. This much knowlegable people working here that they dont the sop of account closure. Axis bank have higher charges on everything. Netbanking, ATM, sms charges etc but service is Zero. Even the customer care is too ridiculous. Dont think to open an account
