★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price was too high, the same products are available online at huge discount. They told us that the collection is new hence no discount and online products are those which are unsold for long time..
However, I checked online the same products are available at 20-50% discount.
They cheated some how..
Really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rahul Gupta, manager, has forced us to buy a damaged water bottle which was not packed and placed in the display. My 2 year kid opened that bottle and sipped it thinking his bottle. He behaved so rude and forced us buy it. He claimed he is the owner of the store. Attaching his photo, bill and the product photo. I request baby hug to please take strict action against him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Bad experience. We bought a blanket set. They obviously charge for the bag to carry but the size is so small that the blanket doesn't fit in it and the quality of the paper bag is so flimsy that it tears as you somehow try to hold it. Manager blatantly lies that no customer asks for big bags so company doesn't keep.. 2 ladies in queue right behind us confirmed that last time they too asked for bigger bag but manager doesn't give and is very rude.
Anyway, requested for gift wrapping, they charge Rs 9/- per sheet which is Babyhug branded. Why should customer pay to carry and advertise your brand? Atleast keep a normal unbranded wrapping paper that customer can select. Overall poor policy, rude manager and even worse customer experience overall. You have lost my business for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Got the delivery of Wooden crib/cot after 6 days and mattress after 9 days from the order date.
I was following up on a daily basis and what I got is the false promise of delivery in the next 2 days. Instead of buying it online / from FirstCry, I placed the order from the store on the assurance that urgent delivery can be made in 2 days. In reality it looks like they don't have a supply chain to make urgent delivery of wooden cot/crib.
Also I was misguided about the same product available online / FirstCry store by saying that those are old / clearence stock that's why there are many discounts online / FirstCry. I don't see any changes in the latest delivered model compared to online / FirstCry.
