It's fraud. The person starts to sign in some mobile banking application and reset my UPI pin. When i refused he starts using abusive languages.
I just want info bt he keeps on saying first tell me your details then come in branch office.
I complained in there office also bt he says this particular number is not from our office.
How is this possible?? Online there site showing same number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor responsiveness by people in this office. They make you wait for hours. After you make payment they require multiple reminders and follow ups to issue the policy. Worse senior people dont come to office on time. Staff who is available is clueless on whom to escalate for customer issue. This office can at best compete with a government office in terms of service standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today being a rainy day. We had to go to Bajaj office at Prabhadevi. We were helped by a lady official since it is lockdown and fewer staff. I want to thank the security guard Mr Kedar Kale who was kind enough to help us with a few things. Also, while we were there a taxi guy old man entered and injured his palm but Mr kale made him comfortable put dettol and band aided his hand. I was touched by this gesture. He needs to be recognised if the head of Bajaj Allianz is reading my review. My work was done. It took some time an hour we were there. But it's corona time and we must understand

Once the Insurance Product is sold then while renewal there no proper person available for any help or concerns .
I think I had made a wrong decision to buy insurance from your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys please ensure to give instructions to your bank as even after surrendering your policy your premium will get deducted. The worst part is even the grievance cell & the top guy there are unethical & unapologetic, your plea falls to deaf ears.
