★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to discuss some deduction which happened on ma bank account, after discussing and take a complaint from me they told me I would be refunded but I haven't got that, and they don't have a proper customer care no from where u can solve your issues ull have to come to this office but still ur problem won't get solved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s 10:38am and there is no cashier to take the payment & than they will charge bounce charges for late payment & these people are not even ready to give me concerned person contact number…. I Ask Bajaj Finance regional head to take prompt action on this. Thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever take personal loans from Bajaj, they will loot u like anything. To tell you the truth I ended up paying 60k as interest on 1 lakh. Perfect way to loot people in need of money. Also beware of agents that come up with offers at home. They don't guve you the exact information on the offers , and hence u end up in crisis like dis. Totally disgusted by Bajaj. Also very saddened as I lost my hard earned money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected staff members are not well clear with work related queries and not even bother to help resolve queries,staff behaviour is full of arrogance, attitude.
I request regional manager to look into this matter and trained your staff with some etiquette and take surprise visit as customer and you'll get to understand what we trying to explain.
