★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ballygunge have total 4 platform.but station authority using only 2 platform daily which 2 platform are joint.so in office time too many passengers are pressing there.feeling extremely discomfort.other two stations number 3 and 4 platform be like in showcase.just talk about 4 stations,otherwise nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a junction station. The junction is divided the rail line in budge budge and other stations. This is a very much busy place of kolkata. The station contents almost four platforms. And near about three over bridges. The station needs more improvement.

so ballygunje stn is busy stn and crowded.
